These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gamesgeko website, services, and digital products (including game points, gift cards, subscriptions, and direct top-ups). • Account Creation: While guest checkout may be available, creating an account requires accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. gamesgeko will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account details.
• Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without prior notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized use.

• Pricing and Currency: All prices listed on gamesgeko are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at checkout are final.
• Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via supported debit/credit cards and bank transfers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
• Pricing/Typing Errors: In the event of a technical glitch or pricing error where an item is listed at an incorrect price, gamesgeko reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, even if payment has been confirmed. If your payment was already processed, a full refund will be issued.

• Instant Delivery: Digital products (such as game codes, gift cards, and subscriptions) and direct top-ups are typically delivered automatically via email or credited to your game account within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Delivery Delays: If your code has not arrived within 1 hour of payment, it is your responsibility to contact our support team at support@gamesgeko.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
• Incorrect Information: For direct game top-ups (e.g., UC, diamonds, V-Bucks), you are strictly responsible for providing the correct player ID and server information. gamesgeko is not liable for items successfully credited to an incorrect account due to user error.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Digital codes that have been successfully delivered or top-ups credited to an account are generally non-refundable. Please review our full Refund Policy page for details on eligibility, 24-hour claim windows, and required proof for invalid codes.

You agree not to use gamesgeko for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, using stolen payment methods, or initiating unauthorized chargebacks.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the security or performance of our website and servers.
• Reselling digital codes purchased on gamesgeko for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with gamesgeko.

All content on the gamesgeko platform—including logos, text, graphics, button icons, and software—is the property of gamesgeko or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Trademarks of third-party games, gift cards, and platforms belong to their respective owners and are used on gamesgeko for identification purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gamesgeko and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or digital assets—arising out of or related to your use of the platform or purchased products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to gamesgeko for the specific order in question.

Gamesgeko reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
